are committed to protecting your data and as such, Parold Entertainment takes

10. Children under the age of 13/Age restriction
We are in compliance with
the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), regarding the
protection of the personal data of minors. Although the website and products
are available to all ages, we do not collect any information from children
under the age of 13 without the respective permission of their parents or legal
guardians. If you become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us
with personal information without the permission of a parent or legal guardian,

by logging into your Parold Entertainment account or contacting us through our

delete your Parold Entertainment account, please contact us at contact@parold.com but note that we may
retain certain information where required or permitted by law. We may also
retain cached or archived copies of certain information about you and your
usage of the Services for a certain period of time.
Marketing emails: If you have subscribed to
our e-mail and electronic newsletter communications, you will always have the
opportunity to unsubscribe from future communications. You will also have the
opportunity to "opt-out" of commercial e-mail from the applicable
Parold Entertainment Service by following the unsubscribe instructions provided
in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly. Parold Entertainment
